Guitars

Within today’s genres of music, guitars are arguably the most common instrument. Their versatility makes them the ideal platform for creating music of any style, and their relatively inexpensive cost has made them extremely popular with burgeoning musicians. They can be found in nearly every music store in the western world.

Guitars are generally put into one of two categories; acoustic and electric. Acoustic models create sound by amplifying the sound of the strings through the use of a bridge and sound box. Electric guitars use magnetic coils to pick up the sound of the string, and then transmit that signal to an external amplifier.

Guitars can also be found in hybrid designs as well. Electro-acoustic models offer the sound of an acoustic, with the amplification abilities of an electric. Today’s technology has introduced the digital guitar as well, which is essentially a combination of an electric guitar and an onboard computer. You can have custom guitars made, to suit any of your needs.
